If you have come here to see the success story the only one I can offer is my own. At the low point of my life I weighed 230 Pounds. I have managed to reduce my weight through exercise and eating healthy to 196 pounds. It's a constant struggle to push myself to work hard, but I take it day by day. You can do it if you really want to and this web site can help you achieve what you thought was impossible.
